We take on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodel work, flooring, drywall and paint, trim carpentry, framing for small additions, decks and fences, and the punch-list repairs nobody wants to schedule a whole contractor visit for.

We measure the room, note what's structural and what isn't, and flag anything that needs a licensed trade.

Written scope
A page with the work, the materials list and the price basis, before anything gets ordered.

Materials ordered
Cabinets, tile, decking or trim stock goes on order once the scope is signed, not before.

Work
Tear-out, framing, rough-in coordination with named trades, then finish work in the order the scope sets.

Sign-off
A walk of the finished job against the written scope, punch items closed before we call it done.

What's ours, what isn't
We take on the trades we can do to code, and name the ones we can't.
A general contractor who subs out the whole job and marks it up twice isn't doing you a favor. We do the framing, drywall, trim, tile and finish work ourselves. Anything past that line goes to a licensed trade, named on the estimate.

The method, drafted
Read the joint the way we read it on site.
This is a real corner from a framing job, not a diagram. The callouts mark what an inspector checks and what we check before an inspector ever sees it.

- A — Stud
Full dimensional stud, not a cut-down offcut
Corner studs carry load down to the plate. We check the grade stamp before it goes up, not after.
- B — Joist hanger
Rated hanger, nailed to spec, not toe-nailed
Every fastener hole on the hanger gets filled with the nail size the hanger is rated for.
- C — Shim gap
Shim gap checked with a level, not by eye
Gaps over an eighth of an inch get shimmed before drywall goes on, or the seam cracks within a year.
"If a wall comes down and it turns out to be load-bearing, work stops until there's an engineered plan, not a guess." That rule applies on every tear-out, not just the additions.
