Using ronevexa.com does not buy anything. It starts a written scope, and these are the terms that govern it.

01. Effective date.

These terms took effect on September 24, 2026 and apply to every visit to ronevexa.com from that date, including any use of the Scope Builder and any form submitted through this site on or after it.

02. Who these terms are with.

These terms are between you and Ronevexa, trading as Ronevexa at ronevexa.com, of 179 Cedar Court, Werkstatt 2, Austin, Texas 32418, United States. Every reference to "Ronevexa," "we" or "us" in this document means that operator and no other.

03. What this site provides.

Ronevexa publishes a catalogue of eight renovation and repair trades, a Scope Builder that produces a planning estimate, and inquiry forms that reach the shop by email. It does not provide a construction contract, a permit filing, a payment facility or a customer account. Nothing here books a crew or reserves a start date; a start date is set once a written scope is signed.

04. Inquiry only, never a sale.

Nothing is sold, paid for, or checked out on ronevexa.com. Every figure shown on a trade page or produced by the Scope Builder, including a price band, a lead-time range or a per-square-foot rate, is a planning estimate built from stated price bases and is not a binding quote. An estimate becomes a job only after Ronevexa visits or reviews the site, issues a written scope and materials list, and both sides sign it. Submitting a form starts that conversation; it does not create an order, a deposit obligation or a scheduled start date.

05. How anything is priced.

Where this site states a price basis, such as per square foot of kitchen footprint, per bathroom in a scope tier, per linear foot of trim or fencing, or a flat call-out plus itemized tasks, that basis is expressed in United States dollars. The number that basis produces changes with the finish tier chosen, the actual measured size of the space, site conditions found once a wall is opened, material availability and lead time, and any change requested after the written scope is signed. A figure produced before a walk-through never becomes the contract price by itself.

06. What you may not do here.

You may not scrape or automate requests against this site beyond normal browsing, submit a form with false contact details or on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, attempt to reach any administrative or operator-only area of ronevexa.com, interfere with the support chat or its token system, or use the Scope Builder's output to represent to a third party that Ronevexa has issued a quote. Any of these is grounds to refuse further service under clause 10.

07. Ownership of the site.

The text, the trade photography, the diagrams, the Ronevexa wordmark and every mark on this site belong to Ronevexa or are used under a license Ronevexa holds. You may view and share a page in the ordinary course of deciding whether to hire the crew. You may not republish the photography, copy the written scope language into another business's marketing, or reuse the Scope Builder's code or output logic elsewhere.

08. Provided as is.

This site, its catalogue pages and the Scope Builder are provided as is, without a warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that an estimate it produces will match the price in a later written scope exactly. Ronevexa does not warrant that any material, timeline or figure mentioned on a page remains current after the page's last update, and stated lead times such as twelve to eighteen working days for a kitchen tear-out assume cabinets are already on order, not sooner regardless of what a showroom separately promises.

09. Limit of liability.

To the extent permitted by Texas law, Ronevexa's liability arising from your use of this website itself, as distinct from a signed written scope for an actual job, is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost time or a missed showroom promotion. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not apply to obligations Ronevexa takes on separately under a signed written scope.

10. When access can be refused.

Ronevexa can refuse or withdraw access to its forms, its chat, or its Scope Builder from a visitor who breaches clause 6, submits a fraudulent inquiry, or uses the site to harass the shop or its crew. Refusing site access does not affect a written scope already signed for an existing job; that document has its own terms.

11. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Austin, Texas, and you consent to that venue.

12. Changes to these terms.

When Ronevexa changes these terms, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date and a new edition number in the block above. Continuing to use ronevexa.com after that date means the new edition applies to you. A written scope already signed keeps its own terms regardless of a later change here.
