Walk-through
Someone from the crew comes to the house, not a salesperson working a script. We measure the room, ask what's actually bothering you about it, and look for the things a phone call can't surface — a soft spot in a subfloor, water staining under a sink, a wall that might be load-bearing. This visit usually runs thirty to sixty minutes depending on the job.
We also ask what you're not willing to compromise on and what you'd trade off if the budget got tight. That answer shapes the scope more than any material catalogue does.
