Ask Ronevexa to show you, correct or delete the personal data an inquiry left behind.
Ronevexa holds what a visitor types into an inquiry form or the support chat: name, phone, email, job address, the kind of job, and the message itself, plus the browser and timing details the form records automatically. This page is the direct route to see that record, correct it, have it deleted, or ask Ronevexa to stop sharing it with an ad platform, for a visitor anywhere, including under California's CCPA/CPRA, other U.S. state privacy laws, and the GDPR for a visitor reaching the site from Europe.
What you can ask for
Access. A copy of the name, phone, email, address, message and request-type held against your inquiry, plus the IP address, user-agent, referring page and timestamps recorded with it.
Correction. A fix to a wrong phone number, email or address on file.
Deletion. Removal of an inquiry or chat transcript from Ronevexa's records, once any open job or legal retention need is resolved.
Opt-out. A request that Ronevexa stop sharing your inquiry data with an advertising platform for measurement. Declining ad storage in the cookie banner covers new visits; this form covers data already on file.
site_consent_v2) for 6 months. A request under this page is answered within 10 days of Ronevexa confirming who is asking.
Who can ask
Any visitor who submitted an inquiry, used the support chat, or otherwise reached ronevexa.com can ask. If you are asking on behalf of someone else, say so in the notes field and Ronevexa will confirm with that person directly before acting, using the phone number or email already on file for them where one exists.
Where your complaint can also go
If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can raise it with your state Attorney General, and if you are a California resident, with the California Privacy Protection Agency. Ronevexa would rather hear from you directly first at the address below, so a mistake can actually get fixed.
